Canceling Policy

I need to cancel my order, what should I do?

• You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After 10 hours, 5% fee will be deducted of total order amount for each cancelled order. And after 12 hours cancellation will not be processed.
• Within 10 hours, Full amount will be refunded.
• Within 10 to 12 hours. A deduction of 5% of the amount of order
• After 12 hrs.Cancellation will not be processed

Note: If an order is already dispatched before order cancellation request, then request will not be processed.
If customer refuses to accept the order, round way shipping cost will be deducted from total refund amount.
